Subscription Agreement

1. Overview

By subscribing, you gain access to premium features or enhanced content within the App. Subscription plans may be offered on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis, depending on your selection.

2. Billing Cycle and Payment

• Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account through the App Store at the start of each subscription period.
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to applicable taxes.
• All payments are processed by Apple; the App does not handle payment information directly.

3. Automatic Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Active subscription periods cannot be canceled mid-cycle.

4. Refunds

All payments, billing, and refunds are handled directly by Apple through the App Store. The App does not provide refunds or cancellations outside Apple’s policies.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Ensure your Apple ID account information is accurate and up to date.
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
• Use the App and its subscription services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App and its developers are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from subscription use, inability to access subscription features, or disputes regarding payment or renewal.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your subscription if you violate this Agreement or engage in unauthorized use of the App. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update this Subscription Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App and its subscription services after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
